Update 7/20/2014:
- The new augment system is now live.
- The help file for "training beyond 100%" has been updated to include the
source code used to calculate the extra cost beyond 100% training. If you
don't understand the algorithm, please find a friend that's a highly
skilled programmer and have him or her explain it to you. :)
